new member; need diet recipes for renal diet including low oxalate

Good afternoon njbird66. Have you tried the recipes listed on this page? They list all the nutrients in each recipe, but I just took a quick peek at a couple of recipes and it does not list the oxalates. You might have to Google the oxalate content of whatever food you want to eat. I don't know of any other place on this website you could look for that. Maybe someone else will answer your question.

I had a little time to kill this afternoon/evening so I Googled the oxalate qyestion you had. I didn't read the whole article, but it might be helpful to you if you want to check it out. Just go to google and type in "what are oxalates" and the article will appear. It did give a list of foods that are high in oxalates though, and they are spinach, bran flakes, rhubarb, beets, potato chips, french fries nuts, and nut butters. So for a start you could stay away from those foods. I hope you check out the article though as it seemed very informative. Good luck, Chris
