My transplant coordinator said that the Zortress (everolimus) is causing my hand cramps.

I am 7 yrs post transplant and still have a fistula (natural) . I am getting hand cramps my meds are correct and I am taking them at the correct times and amounts. My blood pressure is good 110 / 65 . One doctor said it could be the fistula stealing blood from the hand .?. Has anyone come across this before?
