I've been in CKD stage IV for about 2 years now. My creatinine baseline for my Nephrologist is 3.00. My April blood work had me at 3.88 with a GFR of 17/18. Over the last 2 years my creatinine has slowly been creeping up. What's crazy is my last lab's in May. 2.44 creatinine and 30/31 GFR. I haven't done anything different. I stay hydrated for every blood test I receive. Any clue why such a drastic swing? Thanks for you input.
