Had lab. work today. gfr went from 24 to 20. Probably looking at dialysis soon. I think still at stage 4? potassium 5.1. any one who can help me with what is to come? appreciate all the help i can get.

Just recently I went from 28 to 20 & now I am up to 40. When I got to 20 I freaked. First of all I find that it fluctuates but I got really diligent about what I was eating and drinking. Only ate from the davita cookbook. Drank lots of water.
