Reading lab work results without a doctor. Lab work sent in mail

I went in March to doc, lost insurance since and was sent results by mail. I can not go to doc because of cost. Blood work was 730.00$ I thought I was in stage 3 but now I realize I am reading wrong. Confused. I tested low, 0.55 Creatinine Serum but the Creatinine Ratio is high 36.4. My Cholesterol Lipid Panel total is 212, Triglycerides 39, HDL 72 and LDL High 132. But it says at high risk of cardiovascular. I thought my Kidneys were causing this other or vise/versa. Please help me understand these readings.

Many communities have free clinics where you can see a doctor for free. In Chico, CA they have one, it is only open on Sundays, the Shalom Free Clinic on Mangrove.
