CKD caused by multiple myeloma and on chemo

I am just responding as a stage 3 (with diabetes type 1) CKD (eww, defined myself by my diagnosis, yuk!!) married to someone who has diagnosed w MM about a year ago. He has no issues yet, but I am on a low-sodium/low-potassium/low-purine (!gout!!) diet, and feel like it may be a precursor to his dietary stuff coming down the road...
