    So which is better for (CKD) stage 4? Rice milk or Unsweetened Almond milk?

    Let me get this right. What regular milk alternatives are there ? I love having milk with my cereal. Help Please!!!

      'Better' depends on what you're trying to balance in your numbers. I'm stage 4 and need every calorie I can get without bumping the potassium & phosphorus too much, so I went with Rice Dream. I use both enriched and original, depending on how I'm tweaking phosphorus. Below are stats for each item for comparison. Note that some of my item tracking info may be customized using the USDA nutrient database and may not be an exact match with the Davita database.
