'Better' depends on what you're trying to balance in your numbers. I'm stage 4 and need every calorie I can get without bumping the potassium & phosphorus too much, so I went with Rice Dream. I use both enriched and original, depending on how I'm tweaking phosphorus. Below are stats for each item for comparison.
