What is a good multivitamin to take with kidney disease and diabetes?

When patients start dialysis the nephrologist usually prescribes a special renal vitamin that does not contain fat soluble vitamins A, D, E, K, has no more than 100 mg vitamin C and has high levels of some B vitamins, folic acid. This is to replace some losses due to dialysis and avoid build up of others due to the kidneys not working to remove excesses.

I am 74, male with CKD stage 3 I asked my Doctor for multi vitamin recommendation and she recommended Centrum Silver as preferred brand . I am on the pre-dialysis diet.

Thanks 'orangecity' I.was recently diagnosed with CKD3 & high potassium in my blood. New to all of this. I take a multi vitamin + & will doublre check w/my dr.about the Centrum .Going to attend the free classes this week.
