help and advice

Im a pkd and dialysis patient. Ive been having extreme lower back pain slight fever no appetite. I go to my dialysis center for help. I talk to a nurse and she thinks its a busted cyst. She wants me to just let the pain to work itself out. Its been nine days and im still in pain. Shouldnt ive seen a doctor and at least get some pain medicine? I am very upset. What should i do next?

Hey , yes definitely go see a doctor tell story n get checked out. don't just take the nurses word from the dialysis center.
