Who can I call?
I have been asking my local DaVita people for an itemized statement since March. I still have not received it. I want to call the billing office directly and talk to someone. Who can I call? I must say that when billing people are so unresponsive, I can't help but suspect fraud. If I don't get any action, my next call is going to be to the Medicare fraud hotline.Tags: None
