Over the last few weeks, I have been made to wait an hour and a half before getting on machine for treatment. I am arriving 15 minutes before chair time as requested but am still made to wait. Anybody have similar experiences?

Good Morning. I have the similar problem at Orangevale Dialysis in California. My problem is with the shuttle service that gives some patients rides to and from treatment. The patient that goes on right before me always arrives late and they take him and put him on ahead of me which constantly causes me to be put on late which then dominoes and I end up losing over an hour, sometimes longer of my personal life time. I always arrive at or a little before my scheduled time. The FA and other office people are completely useless. I have complained more than once about this, yet nothing gets done.Comment
