Unacceptable travel service. Feels discriminated against

Once again disappointed at Davita travel services. It's literally making me sick to my stomach with all the false promises!!! My trip is in 2 days to Las Vegas and I'm still not scheduled. I put this request in well over a month ago. This is unacceptable and discriminatory again the illness and I'm sick of it .
