We heard this from our center's administrative staff: By 2016 all oral ESRD medications will be included in the bundled payment for dialysis and that we will have to use DavitaRx. Has anyone seen the list of medications that will be forced into this bundling? This is disturbing for us because we may be forced to use a pharmacy that we will have no face-to-face contact with. How does this affect phosphate binders, such as Fosrenol, that are Medicare Part D pharmacy drugs, not administered in the dialysis center during treatment? I can understand medications administered during the dialysis treatment being bundled with dialysis which is a Medicare Part A procedure. There must be a list of bundled medications that will take effect by 2016. Has anyone seen it?
