ckd and acute gastroparesis

does anyone know how to manage diet with acute gastroparesis? I am always walking a thin line between malnutrition and bad kidney blood results. I am not diabetic.

I did not mean to leave out the diabetic part. I got septic and came down with endocarditis which wrecked my kidney function
