Cold with a feeling of deer in headlights
Dizzy feeling of almost vertigo as if viewing
Over the grand Canyon edge takes a few
Minutes to adjust to shake off the ringing
in my ears and my blood preassure rises
Back to my normal 148 / 87 to 156 / 74.
Have had during last 39 minutes to 1 hour
Cramping stomach muscles it starts mid
Top stomach and draws to the waist very
Uncomfortable feeling when I stretch or
Bent to try stop this spasms / cramps it worsens the cramp pain by trying to relax
LAY down to end cramping by Controlled
Deliberate breathing deepened. EYES
GO BLURRY sometimes the lighting seems
FILTERED and I can see the light bulb flicker
As if being switched off then on does not
Matter if I switch direction I'm viewing
OR just taking a look concentrate trying

Arm pump you up flex then watch as my
Stomach rolls in cramps that shutter rolling
THRU the midsection. Then having to let go
Relax breath deeply blow it off and calm.
Thus I try to stand to transfer to my wheelchair without collapsing without
Hard flopping into the chairs mechanism
Sewn folding seat which may not have been
Securely seated in place fully steady enough
To catch the release of weight hitting chair
In fall. A jolt of catching ones seated gravity
Center looking for solid ridged armrests
OR handle bars for sturdy solive.

Subside over the next hour faster
If I'm laying down heart elevated
In a recliner chair or on a back rest
Cushioned head pillows a slight betray
Sitting up boosted so heart is above my
Waist able to rock my legs at waist to shift
Circulation side to side helps avoid that
Dead long car drive stiffness or dead butt
Ache from not changing favoring one side
To long cuts off circulation makes the

I use talc and loose boxer to avoid chair

My wife helps by warming heat pads
And alternating cold packs with
Alcohol rubs from base of neck and spine

Packs will wake up numbness or long stiff
Drivers aches back stiff neck then alternatem

All fibromyalgia pains may linger most
Will be gone so I can focus on charcot
Feet double joint collapse of both feet

One left foot directly all three joint bones
Midwood sit degrading under the Midwood

Headache will subside with green tea
A light snack and deep controlled breaths
I turn on my airliner portable oxygen
System test my Sugars levels run my
Blood pressure tests and my infrared
Body temp thermometer until well
Normal and I add anoher treat my
Daily vitamins A E cap and later before
Bed I'll take a multi vitamin protein
Drink or snack test blood Sugars prior
To resting asleep clear my nasal path
With a spray through my congested
BreathING path upper tract with a hydro
ICal asteroid spray clears the path breathing
Deep through nose unimpeded and can
Smell deeply my eyes clear first my breathing troubles end as I can relax from
Stomach spasms and we'll I can replace
Hampered breathing with clear precise
Deep breaths and the wife can assist me
With a hot pack and hot drink I sip
As I warm packs reduce stress of
Transferring onto feet broken joints
Belly spasms unable to see clearly
And pain clears to the point others
Medical symptoms although ten times
Better shape than this 69 year old carcass.

Easy chair sirens a blaring. Now my

And towel off soaking charcot Feet

To hips to lower back then tummy I spasm
And lower back and seated muscles
Vibrate out years of pain years of
