Insurance Coverage....

I'm not currently on dialysis but had a PD catheter put in 5 months ago for preparation. The location I am doing my bi-weekly flushing until I start is not covered under my insurance but Davita is. The location that I attend just got bought out by Davita so would it be safe to assume that the location I attend will now be covered as in-network?

I originally was going to go to a Davita location but it was further away and my Neph was not part of their facility.

Great question. Call your insurance company first and ask the question. Believe me, its not a bill you want to get later. If they do not cover, they will give you a list of places that they do cover.

Not necessarily! Def check with insurance or give DaVita a call so that they can check for you. DaVita having bought the old place does not automatically mean that location is covered. I know this from experience while traveling to Houston.
