Hi, I think my hardest time is in the evening. I try to stay busy during the day. But at night I want some snacks. Wonder how many people go thru this. Not allowed this and that. I stock up on Apple's ,blueberries. Really hard because I'm diabetic and I look for so sweets to satisfy my cravings. Anyone else? Come and share your experiences.

Hi, I love snacking in the evening too!! Sweets are my weakness. Im not diabetic but still not to good for kidneys.
I dont know why but i crave in the evenings too.
My newest sweet crave is dried apples and peaches. I try to drink a cup of mint tea with it so i get full and dont eat to much of it.
I really want to eat the whole bag though😋
