Does Collagen Hydrolysate (name brand of Great Lakes Gelatin) generate creatinine when consumed? Also, do the commercial bone broths that contain 10 grams of protein generate creatinine when consumed? I am a Cross Fit athlete that does a lot of "lifting" in the gym and need some sources of protein that don't generate creatinine. I've gone mostly vegan to slow my stage 3 CKD but can only eat so many nuts, legumes and almond butter for protein.
