You can have regular coffee but probably limited due to the caffeine. The Carnation Hazelnut creamer you would have to check the label for any kind of added potassium or phosphorus. It is in a lot of creamers.

I use a coffee press and grind my own beans to limit amounts.Dark roasted has less caffeine. Also a press is great for creating your own herbal teas.
