Hi Pontie12, I'm glad you reached out through myDaVita! Have you tried the DaVita Diet Helper yet? It has a helpful tool called the Food Analyzer (http://diethelper.davita.com/food-analyzer) which gives you the nutritional content for food items. That may be a good place to start to check the bread you've purchased. You could also try making homemade bread! Here are a bunch of recipes that we have online: https://www.davita.com/recipes/breads. Here's one in particular you may be interested in: https://www.davita.com/recipes/bread...iscuits/r/5712. All the recipes list phosphorus, potassium & sodium content. I hope this is helpful! Feel free to reach out if you have any additional questions. Thank you!Originally posted by Pontie12 View PostDoes anyone know of a low phosphorus bread? Or a bread that has the nutritional values for Sodium, Potassium and Phosphorus?
