Crock-pot recipes

Hey there - my name is Jean and I'm trying so hard to eat right and healthy. I'd like to know if anybody has any good crock=pot recipes they can share with me. I live in the desert so heating the kitchen is not an option; hence, the crock-pot. Are there crock-pot cookbooks for kidney friendly diets?

I would just limit the high-potassium and phosphorus ingredients. You can leach certain veggies (even potatoes, if you cube them first).

I didn't know that either I am ashamed to say that the only thing I know how to use my crockpot for is roast ... Maybe I will try something new
