    Ya I completely agree to what you are saying.Vitamins must be included in our daily diet everyday.

    Leg strengthening exercises strengthen the knees and thus they help to avoid the knee pain.Pain can also be prevented by these exercises.

      These are one of the baisc substances that are necessary for our body but a health source should be the thing because when we get these things from an artifical source that doesn't really cause anything good to the health.Its better to avoid that.
