Sorry for the delayed response. There is no way to export the data to Excel due to the way the program is built. The only reports available are the Food Tracker Report and Nutrition Goals Report. In addition if you are planning foods as you track you can download the 7 Day Summary (on the Planner & Tracker page) to view a larger number of nutrients.Leave a comment:

Export To Excel?
Is there a way to export the data for my tracked meals to Excel? If so, could you provide some instructions?
