My wife of 50 years died last year. I moved, but still work as a professor. I am having trouble cooking a healthy CKD diet. I never did much cooking and would like to find someone I can pay to cook and/or show me how. I am stage 4 with a GFR of 20. I am having trouble maintaining weight.
