Having trouble getting into the Health Portal

I cannot get into the Health Portal after the upgrade of the website. HELP!!!

The Health Portal has been down more than up for 2 weeks now, is it ever going to be fixed

It is ridiculous how many times I get the message that the site is not working. Some update!!!
